Injection Moulding

Our mouldshop has the latest semi-automatic moulding machines for small to medium sized production runs, along with a fully automated facility to accommodate customers with high volume requirements. This gives us the ability to produce virtually any quantity from one to one thousand plus.

Many customers find it advantageous to be able to have short runs prior to mass production, giving them the opportunity to experiment with materials, of which we have a wide and varied stock.

Our tools are first tested in a production environment to provide an accurate and comprehensive performance assessment to ensure that they meet the customer's specification. We are committed to this approach which we believe can often save considerable development time and cost, and in doing so provide a commercial advantage in helping reduce product launch lead times.
