Wire Erosion

We have a Swiss designed and built Charmilles 290P wire erosion machine, which is capable of cutting a wide range of materials up to 200mm in section and to a tolerance of 5 microns.

This machine enables us to continue meeting the highest standards demanded by our customers, while helping to cut lead time between component design and production.

Our wire erosion facility is offered as a 'stand alone' service as well as a complement to the toolroom.
